Not theory

I don't teach AI I haven't shipped.

01

Agents that work while I don't

Prewritten agents and automations that run research, content, and follow-up on their own.

02

A live job board

Aggregates real openings straight from company career systems. Automatically, every day.

03

An AI copilot

Built for the Learnfull community, to guide people through their next move.

04

Apps that run my life

Productivity, family finances, my businesses: built with AI, used every day.

Solutions architect. Twelve years in presales. AI-certified, and an AI lead helping organizations implement it for real work, not demos.

From Learnfull

The 30-Day AI Challenge.

Thirty days. One skill a day. AI that actually shows up in your work.

Every morning for thirty days, a new lesson drops in the Learnfull community. Short, prerecorded, done at your pace. You build as you go: prompts you'll actually reuse, templates you can steal, agents and workflows you plug into the tools you already use.

Daily video lessons.

One a day for thirty days. Watch on your schedule.

Prompts and templates.

Copy, paste, make them yours.

Agents and workflows.

Build them step by step, keep them forever.

Office hours.

Bring what you're stuck on.

Workshops and activities.

Mixed in so you're doing, not just watching.

The Learnfull community.

Where all of it lives, before and after the thirty days.

This is not an AI course for engineers. It's for anyone who wants their job to get lighter: sellers, marketers, operators, builders, career switchers.

From people I've taught.

"First and foremost Nigel was a strong instructor... he was always just a chat away for any questions I had. He provided crucial and constructive feedback on my demo practice videos so I could improve them to the best level possible."

Julia Grubbs · Solutions Consultant, Dscout

"Took time out of their daily lives with family and work to take the time to pass along wisdom that has helped me put my best foot forward."

D'Ante Phillips · Solutions Engineer Team Lead, NinjaOne

"Nigel was a wealth of knowledge... From the time we started working together it took me 6 months to land my first tech job!"

Jacob Alvarado

People I've taught now work at NinjaOne, Dscout, Omnissa, CivicPlus, DefensX, Thales, and Yelp.

Why good teams lose winnable deals.

Most deals don't fall apart on the product. They fall apart on the human side of the conversation.

01

We lead with the product

Feature after feature, none of it tied to where this customer actually is today, or where they're trying to get to. No story, no stakes.

02

Discovery was thin

For me it's the most critical part of a successful deal. It's also the part everyone rushes.

03

Nothing gets tied down

No questions along the way to check that what you're showing is landing. The kind that get them talking and let them sell it to themselves.

04

The hard question gets dodged

An objection met head on is where trust gets built. Deflect it in the room and it comes back at decision time, without you there to answer it.

05

One stakeholder got answered

Everyone else in that room came in with a different objective, and nobody tied their value together.

None of that is a talent problem. It's a habit. And habits can be trained.

Three ways I show up.

02

Workshops & training

Half-day working sessions with revenue teams: storytelling, discovery, objection handling, presenting value. The room leaves with tools they use on the next call.

ERG & career talks

What the path into tech actually looks like, from someone who's lived the pivot. Active in diversity-focused communities for people of color and Africans.

Every room leaves with clarity, tools, and a shift in how they see what's possible.

Clips from the course.

Don't take my word for it.

"Nigel is one of the most effective communicators I have ever encountered. He is authentically himself... Outstanding, incredibly genuine human being who adds value in every room he is in."

Jeremy Anderson

"They helped me not only realize my value but communicate it effectively to organizations I may find interest in."

Chelsea Long · Solutions Consultant, Omnissa

"Nigel was amazing. He helped me in my job search and even gave me a reference. I would recommend working with him 100%!"

Azuka Ogbuagu · Cloud Marketplace Manager, ex-Amazon

01

Zimbabwe

Born in Zimbabwe, where the name Chimwaza hails from. We came to the States when I was young: my family, a magazine, and about a hundred dollars in our pocket.

02

The South

Raised mostly in the South: Dallas, New Orleans. School at the University of North Texas, then Louisiana Tech.

03

The engineer

A background in mechanical and energy engineering. Getting into the weeds of a complex problem and solving it creatively is an itch I'll never get rid of.

04

Nordstrom

The first job I really loved. I learned to connect with people, communicate, and sell value. And sometimes value isn't business impact. It's the confidence that comes with a whole new look.

05

Presales

The blend of both worlds: the love for people and the love for the technical. Twelve years and $120M+ in pipeline later, it's still both.

Big Brothers Big Sisters

Ten years mentoring, and still going.

I serve there. It's the foundation everything else sits on.

When someone tells me they're stuck.

My first question isn't about their résumé. It's: what have you been doing besides applying?

Because if you're only applying, you're never going to get the role. Almost every role I've gotten came through connection. Through networking. Through adding value before anyone owed me anything.

Nigel Chimwaza in conversation at a networking event

And if you've been doing the work and it's still not moving, it's quicksand. Fighting harder is what pulls you under. You have to shift your weight and change your approach.

Why I built it

Learnfull.

I built Learnfull because there was no true way to help people upskill or get into this industry.

I wanted it accessible. I wanted it to be a community. I wanted workshops with hands-on work, not just videos to sit through. I wanted a space where I could connect thought leaders in presales and tech sales with the people who want to be taught, want to learn, want to grow.

I didn't have that. So I built it, leaning toward the people who don't have the traditional background, or the traditional appearance.
